Online registration will be stopped 72 hours prior to meeting. Members who attend after that are considered "walk-ins" and will be charged an additional $10.00 including government planners.

NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED
Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event.

Payment must be brought to the meeting in the form of a check, cashiers check, money order, purchase order, or cash.
